Village Place Senior Apartments is a 24-unit senior living community located in Victor, New York for adults 62+. All apartments have one bedroom and a large living area, a kitchen with Energy Star-rated appliances, and one bathroom. The building offers intercom access only, and an elevator, on-site laundry facility, exercise room and community room for residents to enjoy. Heat, electric, and hot water are included in the rent.

All apartments are handicapped accessible or adaptable. All apartments are smoke-free. Two apartments are fully accessible for persons with a mobility impairment.
