St. Leo Senior Apartments will be located at 171 Lake Avenue, Hilton, NY, 14468. The apartments are currently under construction and will be move-in ready in January 2025. St. Leo Senior Apartments features 40 apartments, including 25 supportive housing units. Heat, hot water, and electricity are included with rent!

Four apartments are fully wheelchair accessible for those with mobility impairments, two units are fully adapted for hearing/visually impaired, and all apartments are handicapped visitable or adaptable.

St. Leo Senior Apartments is near the bus route, and is close to a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. An Episcopal SeniorLife Senior Community Center is also on site with services available to residents and the community at large.

Tenants will be selected on a random basis by a lottery.

Starting July 8, 2024, we will accept applications for:
- 13 one-bedroom apartments (Rent $776/month), and
- 2 two-bedroom apartments (Rent $1021/month).

The initial application period will be July 8, 2024 – September 5, 2023. The lottery will take place on September 19, 2024, at  Noon at Providence Housing (1150 Buffalo Rd, Rochester, NY 14624).
