*NEW* St. Leo Senior Apartments Information & Application:

St. Leo Senior Apartments will be located at 171 Lake Avenue, Hilton, NY, 14468. The apartments are currently under construction and will be move-in ready in January 2025. St. Leo Senior Apartments features 40 apartments, including 25 supportive housing units. Heat, hot water, and electricity are included with rent.

Four apartments are fully wheelchair accessible for those with mobility impairments, two units are fully adapted for hearing/visually impaired, and all apartments are handicapped visitable or adaptable.

The initial application period was July 8, 2024 – September 5, 2024. Tenants will be selected on a random basis based on the lottery that took place on September 19, 2024. Letters will be mailed to all applicants who were part of the lottery advising of their lottery number. Please contact us at 585.299.7001 or stleoseniorapts@dor.org if you have a change in your contact information (phone/address). Interviews will take place between September and mid-October 2024.
