Five apartments are fully-wheelchair accessible for those with mobility impairments, two units are fully adapted for hearing/visually impaired, and all apartments are handicapped visitable or adaptable.

We will accept applications for the initial housing lottery from January 23, 2026, through March 24, 2026. Initial occupants will be selected using a random lottery on April 7, 2026, from all applications received during the application period.
