St. Leo Senior Apartments are located at 171 Lake Avenue, Hilton, NY, 14468. The apartments are currently under construction and will be move-in ready in January 2025. St. Leo Senior Apartments features 40 apartments, including 25 supportive housing units for frail elderly. Heat, hot water, and electricity are included with rent!

Four apartments are fully wheelchair accessible for those with mobility impairments, two units are fully adapted for hearing/visually impaired, and all apartments are handicapped visitable or adaptable.

St. Leo Senior Apartments is near the bus route, and is close to a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. An Episcopal SeniorLife Senior Community Center is also on site with services available to residents and the community at large.

The initial application period was July 8, 2024 – September 5, 2024. Tenants will be selected on a random basis based on the lottery that took place on September 19, 2024 at Providence Housing. To view the live lottery, click here (English/español).

Letters will be mailed to all applicants who were part of the lottery advising of their lottery number. Please contact us at 585.299.7001 or stleoseniorapts@dor.org if you have a change in your contact information (phone/address). Interviews will take place between September and mid-October 2024. Tenants will be notified if they are eligible for an apartment.

All applications received after September 5, 2024 will be placed on a wait list for the following apartments:
- 13 one-bedroom apartments (Rent $776/month), and
- 2 two-bedroom apartments (Rent $1021/month).
